Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Do you suppose the 'desirable' criteria in a person specification are? I rather imagine that it's not actually worth applying for something unless you meet the 'desirable' as well as the 'essential' criteria, on the basis that if you don't, they're likely to be able to find another applicant who does.
