RUSSELL PARTY OF FOUR. Wednesday, November 12, 2008. 11 years and counting! We celebrated our anniversary and Lisa's birthday with some friends this weekend at Rathbuns Steak. Our good friends Craig and Jill came to town from Chicago to help us all celebrate. We all got babysitters and hit the town. Monday, January 2, 2012. As the new year arrived, I decided to take up a hobby that I have not pursued for YEARS! Crocheting. My mom taught me how about 50 years agoa. OUCH! Could it have possibly been that long ago? Feeling the age thing creeping up, I decided that granny squares were not for me. After one practice square to get my memory working, I put that aside. We shall see how long this baby afghan takes. It is about a yard wide and I have completed the first three inches or so. Grace McKee - Artist.

RUSSELL PARTY OF FOUR. Saturday, October 18, 2008. The countertops were delivered right on time today- 9am sharp! It took about 3 hours from start to finish. These things are so beautiful- thanks to my architect husband. And his design. I'm not sure if the photo does them justice, but they are 8 feet long by 5 feet wide! If you knew my kitchen prior to this renovation you can only imagine how excited I am to have these new counters! This is an amazing piece of art! Check out the new faucet!

Thursday, April 30, 2009. Yes I had to bribe with chocolate! It was very woth it! Thursday, April 30, 2009. My Littlest Man is now 2! It has been awhile. But we have been so busy with life and three children. We are loving the wonderful treasures we learn from our children every day! Only the lucky get to be parents! Isn't he just so darn precious! Sunday, January 24, 2010. January 2010 trip to Boston. Wow was that fun! For Christmas, Fred's parents gave the kids some money, so they pooled it and bought a years membership for the family which also includes like 100 museums, zoos, and aquariums accross the US and Canada. They had a Harry Potter Exhibit that was great! There was an amazing lightning show! Logan had to cover his ears for the loud "booms". The Amazing Nano Brothers Juggling Show! This was so cool. Monday, March 15, 2010. Things are going pretty well here. I took Keith in for his post op check up today and we got great news! Keith can now see the big E on the eye chart! He can also see some bright colors and can count fingers up to 4 feet away! This made me cry at the docs office today and the doc was ready to do a dance for Keith as this is the most he has seen from his eye in about 5 months! Hopefully this last surgery has done the trick so we can maybe have a normal summer! Logsn is just awesome...
