We first met Venia a year ago. This is the name we gave her. She had a different name although during. Our visit to the farm she lived at, we mostly heard her referred to as “the lazy one”. There were quite a. Few beautiful heavy horses but she stood out to all of us. She was a gentle watchful soul observing us. From behind shiny coal black eyes.
