The greatest WordPress.com site in all the land! I personally think that the squash is sweet enough on its own and does not need any more sweeteners or calories. I kept it real simple. 2 T Olive oil. Salt and Pepper to taste. I baked it at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes, and it seemed to be cooking a little too fast, so I turned the oven down to 360 degrees and baked it for about 15 minutes more. This is what it looked like when it was done. Enjoy the great Fall weather! October 3, 2012. 1-2 T Olive oil.

Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Mangalorean Fish Fry (Kaidina Meen). I would like to share this recipe with you all, it's been a timeless favorite for me. It is basically my mom's recipe. Every Mangalorean household may have it's own twist. It is very simple to make too. I like dishes that are quick to prepare and yummy to devour. 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder (I did not have it at hand so used 2 tsp regular hot red chili powder- Kashmiri chili powder will give you a nice paste and won't be super hot).
