Savvy Moms In The Know. Does Fat making you fat? October 4, 2012. A study in the peer reviewed journal,. Shows that overweight people have more bad bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract than ideal weight people. These bad bacteria feed on the nutrients from the food we eat leaving us in a state of nutritional deprivation causing fatigue, food cravings and ultimately weight gain. Worse, the bad bacteria actually produce it’s own carbohydrate which can cross over into our metabolic process. October 1, 2012.
