I started working with food by teaching the basics at a school. This led me to train as a cake baker and decorator. I have a cheese on toast pop up, but cheese on toast is a treat and it only pops up sometimes, so the rest of the time I am a food stylist. We did not even have sugar in the house. Childhood friends were so surprised when they would come over and see us using honey on our oatmeal, coffee, meats, cookies, baking, carrots, everything.
