Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Last saturday, our clas A and B did IS together! We did pizza together! We did IS together because our exam was delayed by one day! So there was not enough time for us to have our IS seperately. A class start 1 hour earlier then us, then we merge together with them! When we were going in for IS, they were half-baking their dough so that they can put their ingredients and rebake again! When we came in, we start weighing our ingredient and start doing our pizza dough!

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Today is a super duper long day! Today, we (group b) had our presentation on at communication skills lesson, and everyone have to wear formal.is so awkward,because usually we don't wear business outfit most of the time. My throat was not good the whole day and my voice even changed, but i presented my speech because i told the mentor i'm ready and i want to do it together with the b group! Seriously i need lots of water and STREPSILS! And hope that the school have canteen!

Saturday, January 30, 2010. Ytd, was a short day for the B class! At the same time miss goh, our form teacher was sick and not around. After food knowledge lesson, chef Bernard taught us instead! Haha and all of us find that chef Bernard teach so much better the miss goh! Because chef Bernard teaches us the basic and what method is use for what.
