Relief from "floating" anxiety | Mental Health Talk
http://mentalhealthtalk.info/2011/05/08/floating-anxiet
As Seen In…. Relief from “floating” anxiety. May 8, 2011. July 3, 2016. I was in a deep sleep from a remedy I was taking to address the core fear that had resulted from my trauma. Suddenly I was awoken by a loud humming that sounded unnatural. I opened my eyes to see my bedroom fill with flashes of neon green. I was so confused by what my senses had revealed to me that I started to shake. The only explanation I could find is that aliens had landed in my backyard. I needed to lie down before I collapsed.

As Seen In…. How to get over an anxiety hangover. April 22, 2012. May 15, 2016. Written by David Templin. The room is not spinning, my stomach does not feel as if there is a piece of smoldering coal burning a hole in it, and my tongue doesn’t feel as if it is wearing a sweater made out of fur. Yet, I still feel as if I am suffering from a hangover. And I have been fighting colds and the flu for over a month. It amazes me, now that it is over, that I miss the anxiety.
