Tuesday, 6 December 2016. Photo of my legs cycling. First of all, from the photo below, my hands were a bit too relaxed and my thumb wasn't upper most. Sunday, 2 October 2016. Christalite Methodist Home Reflection. Last week my class had the opportunity of visiting the Christalite Methodist Home. My class and I got to visit the elderly and arts an crafts with them. It was really fun below are some picture on when we were there. I really enjoyed being with the elderly. Monday, 17 August 2015. You need to move around. Sitting down for long periods of time can give hear diseases and cancer. It also leads to 9% of premature deaths. Thats over 5 million people. Your brain needs air and when your heart is pumping so is your brain. A balance ball chair benefits because when your body is engaged your mind is engaged. It also burns calories so they are not so fidgety. It also improves behaviour. We could add xbox or any video game console and play just dance for exercise.
