Cultural Telling Room (Kasheekee). In 2009, SBCMALA began our Conflict Resolution Program, and since then it has been very effective in lowering the number of arrests and reducing the number of incidents of domestic violence. It has facilitated equal rights between men and women, husbands and wives, and has empowered the Bantus as a community because it draws on skills and protocols from the Bantu tradition for settling conflict within communities via community-based mediation.
