He wrote; “It’s Not Our Job To Be Loved, It’s Our Job To Be Remembered.” I was immediately struck by how this suggestion applies to many aspects of therapy I provide to my clients. Mr McMurtry tells us that it is better to strive toward being remembered–but what about being loved? Is this not a reasonable goal?
