Perforated pipe is placed stone and wrapped in filter fabric provide promote infiltration. The City worked with neighborhood residents to move parts of the neighborhood’s drainage network into the City’s right-of-way by installing new perforated pipe and a Hydrodynamic swirl separator to provide treatment to stormwater runoff.

A system of three ponds located in the Village at Dorset Park neighborhood do not currently meet stormwater treatment standards established by the State of Vermont.
