Saturday, January 2, 2010. Christmas Party from Grandma Chapman. Grandma Chapman did it again with a wonderful party for the kids. We started off Christmas Vacation with our party. Grandma sent lots of fun crafts, book and yummy recipes. First we decoupaged the nativity scene onto blocks. This is our finished product. Doesn't it look great! Then we colored the nativity scene. Sunday, November 15, 2009. So Josiah decided to draw some monsters and then create stuffed animals of them. Jeannie agreed to make it happen. After church, Jeannie cut out the patterns and the kids began sewing and adding the accessories to their monsters. Check out the photos to see how they did. Monday, November 9, 2009. Loved hanging out with the scarecrows at the pumpkin patch. Josiah wanted to carve several pumpkins, in the end he settled on one. Lydia loved her scarecrow that her and daddy made.

One thing I love about living in California is that there is a good chance you'll have good weather for Christmas. This was the case this year so the kids were able to get out and try out their new riding toys. We got a Rip Rider and a Green Machine and Zac got a trike. Christmas Eve Culdesac Baseball. This is how they passed their time waiting for Santa's arrival. Zac enjoyed playing spectator.

Two Black Australorps, one White Rock, one Silver laced Wyandotte, and a what we think to be a White Crested Black Polish. I spent extra for that one. They are 5 weeks old.
