Scathingly Brilliant Ideas...
Saturday, August 14, 2010. Joining my first ever Friday night Sew-in! Just quilting and nothing else? Sounds good to me. The Burg Quilt Show. Went the Quilt Show today with my sister and her roommate. I think I helped give them the "quilt bug"! We then went to JoAnn's and bought fabric for the roommate's first ever quilt! What a good day. A inspiring show full of quilts that are gorgeous and then helping a "rookie" pick out fabric and a design. How exciting! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Burg Quilt Show.

I know a local graffiti writer so asked him to accompany me to a piece of his graffiti that had been gone over and talk about the politics of graffiti in Canberra. Time constraints of this portfolio item have meant ...

Scathing Randomness | Cos subtlety and order can only get you so far
Cos subtlety and order can only get you so far. Leave a comment ». Did you know that no foreign land army has ever managed to conquer Afghanistan over a long period of time? You’d think this would cause prospecting invaders to stop and think for a moment, but noo. After all, history always repeats itself, but I’m exempt. I’m the historical exception. I’m. Those guys listened to the wrong prophet, they got their gods all mixed up, and they’re going to hell for that. And what’s wrong with that? Now it’s no...

Scathing Reviewer
I'm tired of glowing reviews for books that I can't stand. Finally. A place where my opinion RULES. Thursday, April 22, 2010. The Clique by Lisi Harrison. Disclaimer: I get all my books from the library. Today's novel is The Clique. Thus begins a very severe battle to fit in. Claire wants to fit in, just like most girls, so I think teenage girls will be able to connect with the characters quite well. At least Claire. The other characters are so out of my league that I could hardly fathom thei...There wer...
