Life of a med students wife. Monday, October 15, 2012. Payson has an allergy/intolerance to whey and casein. Did you know pretty much EVERYTHING contains some sort of dairy. Because of this allergy/intolerance. In order to breastfeed him, I have to eliminate these things from my diet. Let's just say I've always, in light, made fun of vegans. I realize it's totally a lifestyle choice and I've never made light of the fact they choose to do that. I still don't understand it, nor do I think I ever will.
