For Lent I gave up headaches and migraines, however someone has not gotten the memo. I have a horrible headache that is bothering me today and I would like it to go away. By popular demand, here is the asian turkey burger recipe! 1 lb extra lean ground turkey. 6 TBSP Newman’s Own Low-Fat Asian Sesame Dressing. 3 TBSP plain bread crumbs. 1/4 C minced onion (or to taste). Mix all together in a large bowl. Form into 4 patties and cook on the grill until they’re done! Easy breezy and tasty too;).
