I enjoyed riding the fire trucks while I worked at the FD, but I'll be damned if those resident's deserve any less than the best. Why am I so concerned with this?

Saturday, April 4, 2009. Mr Ryan's bad day. So, why 12-lead EKG's? You have to admit, though. Even in the ER, once you'd gotten them there safely (with prophylaxis Lidocaine pushed "just in case." golly, those were the days! As most of us realize today, that attitude has changed 180 degrees!
