Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Lets see, what have we been up to all summer? Wyoming Downs where we won $5.30, yeah for us. Out fishing at Mantua. A night out with the boys at the raptors game. Tommy Lasorda night, it was really cool. CJ loves the baseball games. Alisha with blake, also his first baseball game. Watching the fireworks at the park, we love farr west. Ice cream sandwich fun. Alisha also finished the 2 mile walk at the Farr West days which was awesome to see. Way to go Alisha! John, Megan and Dozer.

Monday, June 29, 2009. JD waiting for the surgeon to arrive, sexy gown don't ya think? Getting his leg shaved, and having to wear tights on his other leg. No fun! In recovery after the 2 and a half hour long surgery. After surgery with an ice pack on. Thankfully he had nurse Alisha to take care of him. A NIGHT OF LAUGHS. Thursday, August 21, 2008. Chicago, and the never ending road trip. Holy Cow" what a wild and crazy week it was. We had the opportunity. To fly out to St. Louis last Wednesday to help Alisha's oldest brother and his family move back out to Utah. On Thursday morning we got up very early and made the almost 5 hour drive from Collinsville. IL to Chicago. What an awesome time we had! Tuesday, August 25, 2009. We were blessed to be able to spend some time in Bear Lake this summer, we had such a great time with Alisha's sister and her 2 boys. Later in the week we were fortunate to be joined by our good friends Alex and Stacy Stuart and their darling girls. CJ and Blake anxiously awaiting the completion of the homemade ice cream. Sunday, April 5, 2009. So recently we went. And had an "Ionic foot bath." And what is an Ionic foot bath? Well its a process in which you put your feet in this tub of clear distilled water, then they add some kind of electrodes and then you sit for 20 minutes. I don't know how it works or even if it really does pull toxins out of your body, all I know is that when we started the water was clean and pure, and when we finished the water was the nastiest looking stuff ever. Thursday, January 22, 2009. First of all to get you all caught up, a few weeks ago JD had yet another knee injury from playing basketball. Only this time the injury was to his good knee, but the good news is that after the Dr. read the MRI he determined that this injury would hopefully heal without surgery. And don't like to lose to each other in anything so this will be interesting. We will keep you posted. Other than that not much is new, just gearing up for another tax season. John, Megan and Dozer.

Sunday, February 22, 2009. We decided to go out and enjoy the beautiful day, and so did this Bald Eagle. Ice fishing is definitly one of our favorite winter activities, especially when we can play with power tools. Alisha just chillin by her ice hole, and eating an apple of course. Waiting for the fish to take the hook can be hard work sometimes. All in all it was a beautiful day up at East Canyon, good food, great company, and a nice little sunburn to go home with. Monday, December 22, 2008. Christmas is kinda a big deal at our house, and we do like to decorate our little house as much as we can. It seems like everybody has a herd of deer living in their yard during the holidays. Yep so do we. JD keeps saying that one year he is going to go Clark Griswold on our house and go nuts with the lights. He is already planning ideas for next year. LOOK OUT!
