Sean and Sarah and Sadie too. Monday, August 8, 2011. Decorating Week Project 1. Sean and I decided that this week would be an excellent week to get our new place all decorated. The kitchen has been driving me crazy because there was NO color in it whatsoever. At first I was just going to paint the backsplash one color, but I saw a picture online of some turquoise and green tile that inspired me. So I decided to attempt to paint what looks like tile on the backsplash. I think it turned out pretty well!

Sean and Sarah and Sadie too. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. I decided to try making curtains for our apartment. Sean is extremely picky and wanted just white, I wanted something bold and fun, so the above curtain was our compromise. I think they turned out well for my first attempt at curtains. I'm currently working on a quilt! I don't have very must time to work on it so I have very little done. But I'm excited about it. The above fabrics are for the front of the quilt. Sean and Sarah and Sadie too. Sunday, April 3, 2011. I can't do a bunch of blog posts and leave out Sadie! Here is a collection of photos taken of her during the last few months. This one doesn't need much explanation other than she was going back and forth between both stuffed animals. Sean and I were laughing so hard we were practically crying! Sadie loves to study with Sean. I went to bed late one night and found Sean and Sadie sound asleep like this. This is Sadie's favorite way to sleep.

Sean and Sarah and Sadie too. Monday, August 9, 2010. Sean and I are officially done with Utah! On July 27 we packed up our Budget truck, Sean's Jeep and my Ford and rolled out. Sean's parents came along to drive the truck. They were very helpful! Little Sadie rode with me. The poor thing couldn't figure out what was going on and refused to sleep the whole way. Thursday, November 3, 2011. Break, Test, Relax. I have been substitute teaching at the High Schools and a couple Elementary schools here in Cedar. It has been a blast! Most of the time I feel like I'm spoiled for even getting paid to do what I do! It is so fun to spoil the kids. With Christmas coming I'm so excited this year to decorate and get things going! I'm one to put it up in November and take it down mid-January! I love it. Hopefully I'll have some pics soon of events in the kids lives!

Monday, May 24, 2010. I've often thought it ridiculous to have a graduation program for preschoolers, but when it's your own.it's just tons of fun! They were all so excited! I can't thank the amazing women who taught Emma this year. She has learned so much more than I ever could have taught her on my own! The graduates with their diplomas! They had the cutest little graduation song they practised so hard on. Emma was so nervous but she did so awesome! She sang the loudest and was so cute!

Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Yellowstone Falls, the Animals, and Random Pics from a 5 year-old! The second day at Yellowstone was tons of fun too. We needed a whole week to adequately see the park but two days was going to have to do! David, Parker, and Braden at the top of the jaunt down to the falls. Isn't that just stunning? This picture was overwhelming for me to see the amount of water that flows off that cliff! The kids at the top of the falls! She did pretty good on this one! This elk was amazing!
