Récolté sur l’appellation St-Saphorin, élevage en barrique d’une durée de 12 mois minimum. Vin de garde racé, alliant avec équilibre richesse, élégance et tannins. Cépage coloré, tannique, robuste. Elevage traditionnel, vin souple et corsé. Vin fruité, aux arômes de cassis et bouquet d'épices. Bouquet subtil, mélange de cerise et de chocolat noir, allié à de délicats tanins, un vin noble et tout en souplesse.
