Saturday, March 6, 2010. My first paying dental gig. Well I am officially on SPRING BREAK! I am looking forward to a little time off to relax and recuperate. We leave tomorrow to spend the week in Florida. We are pretty excited to get to the beach and enjoy some warmer weather. It should be a fun trip. Thursday, April 1, 2010. Well we just finished up our full denture course at school. Now we have moved on to partial dentures. I thought I would put up a few pics of making a denture. We didn't take it all the way to processing, so the rims of the denture base are still blue. But you can get the idea. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Well this last weekend we had our White Coat Ceremony. This signifies our transition from the pre-clinical part of school to the clinic. Monday, July 13, 2009. Aside from that I have a lot more free time on my hands now that I am on my last summer break ever.  Ashley is keeping really busy with tennis lessons.  She likes it, but it wears her out and she comes home pretty beat most nights. Aside from that we don't have any official plans for the summer other that a 2 week trip to UT coming up in August.  We are excited about that and getting to see family and friends that we haven't seen in a while. Sunday, April 26, 2009. An amendment to my statement. Posted by Matt and Ashley. Thursday, April 23, 2009. Thus ends another semester. Well I have another semester of dental school under my belt.  I just have about 6-7 weeks to go until the year is complete.  We have Physiology and Crown and Bridge for the first half of the summer session.  Then I will have all of July and August free! Ashley is keeping busy with tennis stuff, and getting some more hours in, so that helps with the $ $ in the bank.

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Well apparently I only get on and post once a semester these days. My last post was at the end of Fall semester and it is now the end of Spring semester (I am taking a study break). Just a few more days and I will technically be a 4th year dental student.
