Padron, Lybbert move on to general election. It appears Quincy City Council candidates Sonia Padron and Warren Lybbert are moving on to the Nov. 3 general election. Padron came out on top, garnering 42.55 percent of the vote, or 237 votes. Lybbert earned 33.03 percent of the vote, or 184 votes. The Quincy Valley Post-Register.
