I add a LOT of minced onions in with the ground beef while it's cooking. And we love cheese, so I put a lot more than 1/2 cup over the top of the enchiladas. Served with taco rice and corn. I have now shared it with my husband's family and they love it too! 2 cans of frozen juice concentrate (we like apple raspberry). 1 bottle of squirt. Mix all together in a punch bowl and enjoy! Wednesday, July 13, 2011. My Lazy Chicken Alfredo. 2 cups of cooked (cut into 1/2 inch) chicken. 1 box of noodles. 1 cup of frozen broccoli. 1 jar of Alfredo sauce. Cook and cut chicken. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package. Add broccoli to boiling noodles for the last 5 minutes. Drain water and add chicken and the sauce. Stir and serve.
