PRACTICE for BODY AWARENESS. Each 1 hour session costs 50 euros (incl. 21% VAT). The intake session is about 1,5-2 hours and costs 75 euros (incl. 21% VAT). Student reductions may be possible (10 euro discount, intake-session 20 euro discount). Sessions to specifically learn the TRE-exercises last 1,5 hours and cost 70 Euros (incl. 21% VAT). Special price arrangements are possible for intensives. Please contact me for that. Sessies zijn ook in het Nederlands mogelijk. Sessions on appointment only.

PRACTICE for BODY AWARENESS. Born in Graz, Austria, I moved to Amsterdam in 1991 to study contemporary dance. Throughout my professional career as a modern dancer I searched for and practiced many ways of using the body, including Alexander-technique, Yoga, Tai Chi and Aikido, improvisation, contact-impro, Passive Relaxation, various sports among them climbing and diving. In 2011 I encountered TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) by Dr David Berceli, and followed the training for certification.
