Not in a good way. we got a stroke of fluke bad luck. it started with brett having to go to bed early b/c he had to get up before 5 for a work thing. yuck. ok nbd.i was changing baby boy before his 930pm feeding and boom! I keep telling myself this hoping that this project will just magically turn out AH-mazing. truth is, i've NEVER attempted anything close to upholstery/recovering etc so i'm pretending i know what i'm doing and crossing my fingers. As you can see, we're down to bare chair bones! I'm still not sure about the fabric but i have time b/c i still need to figure out the padding. but here are some pics from yesterday. Lots ad lots of staples.

Wednesday, May 1, 2013. This day has been coming. Gradually Ella has become less and less interested in breastfeeding. But Monday I officially decided to stop altogether. Then Tuesday morning I woke up and breastfed her one last time. I'm emotional today about it. My boobs are sore and I want to pump. But I'm not. I know this will pass. And I know it was time to stop. But even though I've done this before it doesn't make it any easier. I'm mourning today. On a lighter note. What do you say to that?

Looks beautiful and I think Teller is going to have a blast. 7 days away from Tartine. Kinda nervous. I joined a new Mardi Gras krewe, krewe of Nyx. We roll Wednesday uptown after Druids.
