Friday, August 5, 2016. Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3. Fly from Denver to Miami, Miami to Lima. The connection should be easy right? Because they had switched gates there was no crew available to deplane our flight from Denver! We stood in the plane waiting to get off for almost a half hour. In the mean time our flight to Lima 2 gates down disappeared. No big deal right? Nope yet again… We get to LATAM and they have no record of ANY reservations for us!
