Monday, August 25, 2008. I made her a kangaroo pouch out of a receiving blanket, and she dubbed her baby doll Riley Roo. She's been hopping around for a couple of hours now, and I've had to readjust her kangaroo pouch countless times, but she's having a ton of fun. Here's Elsie the Kangaroo. We colored and drew diamonds and made some out of playdough.we did not find anything in our house that is shaped like a diamond.if you can think of something we might have, post it here and we'll find it for our Friday review! We need to do a lot of curriculum research before we decide on one, but we have plenty of time. In Illinois, you're not required to start homeschooling until your child is 7, and we'll be starting well before that. I'll probably be writing a lot about this in the next year.
