Little House on the Ridge: December 2010
http://ranaeharriman.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 12, 2010. Christmas Odds and Ends. Here is our tree all decorated. Like last year, we chopped it down from our own forest. It is a beautiful tree, but maybe a bit tall. We couldn't even get the angel on it this year! Next time, I think I better supervise the choosing of the tree. The boys went with Paul and did it this year, thus the monster tree! Ian backed out at the last minute, but did go up for the group picture. Maybe next time :-). Why do girls love makeup! They had fun though.

http://ranaeharriman.blogspot.com/2012/01/ice-storm-snow.html
Saturday, January 28, 2012. Ice Storm and Snow. Last Monday the snow began. We got about an inch the first day. The kids were ecstatic! They made snow forts, and snow man, and sledded their brains out. Quinn working on filling a laundry basket with snow for the fort they were building. That day we got word that a big system was heading our way. We were able to sneak out in the afternoon and stock up on supplies. This last picture reminded me of all my cello friends near and dear to my heart! The Greatest...

Monday, January 16, 2012. Since we are right in the middle of being snowed in for the week, I thought it would be a good time to update the blog! Here are some pictures from Christmas. Here is Evie modeling her Christmas dress made by Grandma Stallman. She is all girl and would wear a dress everyday if we let her! In the evening, Eve got Grandma's couch bed ready since she spent the night. She brought down her Tinkerbell blanket and pillow- a big privilege for Grandma! Isaac getting ready for the Christm...

http://ranaeharriman.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 25, 2011. I can't believe January is almost over! I must admit that I have been trying to cram as much as I can into my day and by the end of it all I can do is drag myself into bed! The blog has suffered as a result, but things are slowing down now. Here is what we have been up to this month. Much has been going on on the school front. You can follow our school house here. Here Ian is working on his "Tower of Babel". I enjoy the little ones when it is their time for History with me.

Little House on the Ridge: May 2012
http://ranaeharriman.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 17, 2012. We have been busy bees here on the Harriman Farm! This last month we added two new additions- turkeys! We wanted to raise 4 for us and 4 for some friends of ours, but funds were low for a new coop, so we decided to just get 2 and try it out. We instantly fell in love with our turkeys! Maybe a cow would be easier. Curled up for a good nap. Posted by TheHarriman Family. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A winter trip Utah - snow tubing. The Smith's Australian Adventure.

Little House on the Ridge: December 2011
http://ranaeharriman.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 21, 2011. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get family pictures taken this year. The last time I was in a family picture was when Ian was a baby- yes, embarrassing! My friend shot these in front of an old barn. I loved the way they turned out. It was 37 degrees when we took these- -freezing! We had to throw off our jackets, take the pictures, then put them back on. They turned out cute though. Posted by TheHarriman Family. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Cierra's 8th Grade Promotion.

She is the ugliest thing you ever saw, but sure is sweet. She has this way of looking at you that makes you wonder what is really going on in that pea brain of hers. In July, ...
