Scientist's sleep experiment
Is 20 minutes of sleep every four hours enough for a scientist? Sunday, July 09, 2006. Even though I managed to find a polyphaisc sleep schedule which suited me well I was not fully satisfied. Last four days I have been doing monophasic sleep from 6am - 11am which is 5 hours of sleep and I am fully satisfied. With monophasic sleep I have 2-2.5 hours less than when doing polyphasic sleep but I manage to do much more. I don't think I will do polyphasic sleep schedule this summer any more. The answer is NO!
