Left-handed Jersey girls knitting mishaps and fiber adventures. And stuff about what I did over the weekend. A random mod-podge of thoughts, if you will. Friday, April 18, 2008. Sometimes I find my lameness overwhelming. I still hate that Y, it's not the right size at all. Here's Bill if you're interested - can't say he's wrong (it's OK for me to say it, I was raised Catholic). Posted by Tracy @ 2:29 PM. Links to this post. At 4/19/2008 8:50 AM. I really like the idea behind your knitty pic! This applica...

Finally found a use for the Noro Aurora I bought at Stitches a couple of years ago. I loved that it had the little bit of teal glitter in it but wasn't sure what to make. And then it hit me, a Clapotis scarf! Posted by Tracy @ 10:55 PM. Links to this post. At 7/29/2008 8:37 AM. At 7/30/2008 10:06 PM. This is a F...

If It's Fiber...: December 2005
http://ifitsfiber.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 31, 2005. This month I decided to join up in the Month of Softies. As I said, Bruce has enjoyed playing with it. He cooks with it on his carboard stove, puts it at his dinner place and pretends to cut and eat it with his play-doh knife and chinese spoon. I'm considering creating some more food toys for him. Maybe I could make him some of these. Posted by Ann at 8:44 AM. Thursday, December 29, 2005. Posted by Ann at 4:53 PM. Sunday, December 18, 2005. Pretty scary looking, isn't it?

http://ifitsfiber.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 14, 2006. The last of the Easter amigurumi that I set out to make are finished! I will be delivering this one to it's owner's mother this afternoon, who will then place it in the Easter basket on Sunday morning. My right hand has begun to hurt some due to all of the crocheting I have doing lately. I think I need to take a break from it. I have ordered some sock yarn and look forward to starting on some new socks! Posted by Ann at 2:59 PM. Tuesday, April 11, 2006. I've just ordered a slew of...

If It's Fiber...: July 2006
http://ifitsfiber.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 31, 2006. THis is my first and only piece of embroidery. I made it about 6 or so years ago. I really only did it as a practice piece, thinkning it would not look very good. I took the design from "Japanese Design Motifs". I just love this book. The family crests are so inspriring. I just flip through it and think about all of the different ways they could be used. She has a website for her other creations on etsy, Dream Land Treasures. Posted by Ann at 8:30 AM. Friday, July 28, 2006. This st...

See, now you all know how well I keep a diary. Not well at all. OK, on to pictures. A quick history of a growing bird:. I also made ...

Left-handed Jersey girls knitting mishaps and fiber adventures. And stuff about what I did over the weekend. A random mod-podge of thoughts, if you will. Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Done, da, da, dooonnneee! The blue sweater is finally done! Here's some pictures of the giant sleeve versus the regular sized before I frogged it for the last time. I wanted to get a pic of it on, but got over-zealous with the ripping and had to settle for a picture of it laying on the bed instead. I was a little annoyed at first ...
