I used this design for the back of the Mermaid fob but it could easily be used for a quick-stitch scissors fob on its own. The alphabet I used to personalize it can be found at Carousel Charts - scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a list of free charts on the right. I just love the "Jewel Alphabets".
