Intervals on the rowing machine. July 17, 2014. July 16, 2014. To Be Continued Writing. After a spring filled with intervals on the treadmill I just got fed up. I had no motivation to get on that treadmill and do any for of cardio anymore. That doesn t quite suite my goals…. 30 seconds hard work, 30 seconds complete rest (or light row). Repeat 10 times. I was ready to really go hard and push myself to the tunes of some inspirational music. However, the gym’s sound system had other ideas.
