We saw beautiful sun rises and sun sets, walked on a black sand beach, went to a live volcano and lived to tell the tall, ate a variety of tropical delights, snorkled and swam in clear water, and had as many pina coladas we wanted. And now after 10 days back in real life, we are tired. There should be a half-way house between vacation and real life.

Everything went so smoothly. We'll be home later today. We feel better about the transition for Thomas too. Last night he said, You know what Daddy? Much better than what he said last week.
