December 1 - Trip to Detroit Children's Hospital. The first of December and the first snow of the year that's sticking to the ground - how pretty! It wasn't just a memorable day of West Michigan weather, it was also a pretty important day for our new little girl. Macey - 2 Months. Macey's 2 months stats. Weight: 10 lbs 2 oz. Length: almost 24 inches. She's smiling a bunch, coo-ing and recognizes Andy, Camryn and I. She's in her crib, but not sleeping the nights yet. I have high hopes that I'll get a stretch more than 3.5 hours sometime soon. That's the she's (and I've) slept at a time since she's been born. As usual, we had a really busy holiday break but it was so great seeing all our family and friends. I'm still on maternity leave, and with Andy on Christmas break we enjoyed a lot of family time over the last couple weeks. Macey is growing and changing daily. She's recognizing Andy and I and is giving us big smiles, although I'm still having a hard time capturing on camera. There's one below of her and big sis where she's beaming.
