Sunday, January 29, 2012. Can you even believe that my baby is ONE? I'm still in denial that's for sure. We had a young man in our ward report on his mission today and I got a huge lump in my throat thinking that the next 18 years are sure to fly by as fast as this first one, and it's going to be like tomorrow that Beckett is leaving me for a mission! Enough of my pity party though, let's get to the good stuff. Here are some pictures of the festivities for those of you who asked. Making the party shirt.

Sunday, October 11, 2009. Well I wish I could say that the home improvements were over.not so much! But we are over it for now. Someday we will have closet doors, a finished master bedroom, paint touched up, and all our pictures and accessories put in place.But for now, we are just enjoying the parts that are done! Actually my shoe closet is in the tiny room, I better add a picture of that. For the record, I got rid of two BIG boxes of shoes at my yard sale this weekend. Don't judge me!

Thursday, February 10, 2011. Crazy to think that Beckett is two weeks old already. We are loving this sweet little boy and slowly but surely adjusting to life with a newborn. All I can say is that nobody can really prepare you for this! It is amazing, emotional, and extremely hard all at the same time. We feel pretty lucky though that he chose us to take care of him. Friday, January 14, 2011. The past NINE months aka PREGNANCY. So I was trying to figure out why I have been such a pathetic blogger over the last nine months, and I think I am going to have to mostly blame it on the sweet little boy I have been growing inside my body! I mean I only have a few more weeks to use the. Pregnancy cop-out so I may as well take advantage of it! Since we live far away from most of you, I have received several requests for "belly shots". Sunday, July 20, 2008. I decided to change the name of my blog. Yes, it is fun living here in vacation land and not being on vacation. BUT one of my favorite sayings is "Life is good". The other day I saw a journal notebook at Costco that was titled "GOOD and PLENTY". I love that! I think it is a fun way of saying that life is good. My life is so good and over flowing with plenty!
