Hockey Night in Hay River. Hay River Huskies took on the Yellowknife Flyers. Time to re-acquaint myself with the blogging world. It’s silly that I haven’t posted anything here in nearly 10 months. I’ve been focusing lately on honing my videography skills. Last weekend I shot a men’s hockey game between the Yellowknife Flyers and the local Hay River Huskies. She did a tap and ballet routine and was less nervous this time and as one of the older girls in her class she was aleader in her class. Doesn't she look beautiful? She was so excited to get to wear makeup, and she did really well. We had to say goodbye to Miss Carol, she has been such a fun dance teacher for Maddy. Tuesday, April 28, 2015.

Living our Favorite Story
Sunday, August 2, 2015. Scott had surgery on his wrist last Thursday. He had a ganglion cyst develop and since it'd gone quite deep it had started to really hurt, especially when he types. Not a good thing for a man who programs for a living! It was outpatient and only 45 minutes. The surgery went very well and they gave him the good drugs, so good that I walked in his recovery room to hear him trying to line his nurse up with Lance! Thankfully, he's cute or I'd seriously want to give him a beating!
