Soak them for a day, then drain and keep them in a jar covered in mesh or cheese cloth and rinse them out each day. Here they are starting to sprout! Living our Favorite Story
Sunday, August 2, 2015. Scott had surgery on his wrist last Thursday. He had a ganglion cyst develop and since it'd gone quite deep it had started to really hurt, especially when he types. Not a good thing for a man who programs for a living! It was outpatient and only 45 minutes. The surgery went very well and they gave him the good drugs, so good that I walked in his recovery room to hear him trying to line his nurse up with Lance! Thankfully, he's cute or I'd seriously want to give him a beating!
