Friday, August 22, 2008. This past weekend we were up at the ranch visiting the folks, good times. Late Saturday afternoon Taia. And Eliseo decided to go out on a nature walk out in the pine trees, chasing coyotes or something like that. But not too long after they left clouds started quickly moving in, the wind started howling, lightning started filling the sky, it seriously looked like a tornado was about to hit! Monday, December 22, 2008. All us kids (plus a few others)went up to visit my parents on Saturday. It snowed last weekend so it was plenty cold and got me feeling like it's finally winter! The girls made gingerbread houses, the boys cut fire wood (very manly) and went shooting during the day. We all had a good time but I don't think the doxies enjoyed the snow. In the evening we all hung out and listened to Christmas music while visiting and playing games together. It was a nice cozy winter weekend.

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Since Halloween was on a Sunday this year we didn't do a whole lot to celebrate it, but we tried. At work I mini dressed up with my co-workers. We had Frog, Meghan, and Taia over for an FHE of pumpkin carving. We had fun with this even though none of us were too great at it. Frog and I dressed up for a Halloween concert we went to. We didn't win the costume contest (a guy dressed up as Optimus Prime won) but the Thunder Cat was a HUGE success, everyone that saw us loved it!

Monday, July 6, 2009. It's a Home Run! The representatives from the ballpark came down and asked if we wanted it signed. We said yes of course, so they took it and had Justin Upton sign it. We just got it back in the mail. It was so great. Alot of Josh's friends gave him a hard time about ducking out of the way but he is the lucky one with the ball. It was definitely a great game! Id have to say good for you for ducking. You could be missing a few teeth if you didnt, you never know! Way to go Josh!
