Scott, Samara, and Madison. Sunday, August 17, 2008. After lunch we went to a mini golf place in Salt Lake, call Golf in the Round. We played two rounds of mini golf. When we play, we don't keep a score card, we just keep track of who wins what hole. He won the first round, and I won the second. The view at night from our room! Thursday, August 14, 2008. Lol We ordered the largest pizza they have (23 inches) and there wasn't much left when we were done. It was the most we've ever eaten there before.

Scott, Samara, and Madison. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. I got this video when I was getting ready to take my sister Chrissy and her baby, Alexis, to the airport to fly back home to Iowa. The girls were all ready to go in their carseats. I joke that this was their reaction when we told them they had to say goodbye and weren't going to see each other for a little while. Lol, this video cracks me up! Especially when you say that we just told them that they had to say goodbye. Lol, so sad :(. I just want to CRY!

It called for using crochet thread and I found it difficult to handle, due to my arthritis. So, I switched to sports weight and worsted weight yarn and matched the needle to get a nice tight stitch. I love the size and the patterns work up so cute! The next batch of animals came from this Leisure Arts Booklet. The lion and the hippo are my favorites! I LOVE this little guy!

I love seeing them pop out of the ground and wait anxiously for the blooms. The next arrival I look for are the robins. We live in an area where they migrate away and I look forward to their return. Today I saw my first chipmunk. They have come out of hibernation. And sure sign number four - I heard tree frogs last night when I took the dogs out!

Dit was twee weken geleden, Fran en Eric kwamen een kaarsje uitblazen met Casey. Afgelopen zondag was het weer helemaal perfekt op het strand. Nog wel wat koud, dus Corey had een surfpakkie met korte mouwen aan en dat doet het goed. Corey en Scott zijn de afgelopen twee maanden gedurende de winter training elk weekend gegaan en ook al kwamen ze met blauwe lippen thuis, waren ze altijd erg blij dat ze zijn gegaan. Dat deed ik voorheen ook al wel maar niet elke dag. Nou dus wel, en in het weekend ook.
