He was 6 pounds 11 ounces and 18.5 inches of pure contentment goodness. Fortunately for us his personality has remained the same! His name is Danish for John, means "God is gracious", and he is named for my 3rd great grandfather Jens Nielson. Meeting him for the first time.he was about an hour old. Like Jens' name, God certainly is gracious.
