Scott Hallsworth is an Australian chef, restaurateur and culinary consultant. Kurochan Bodrum is his third restaurant and follows the success of Kurobuta in London’s. Scott joined Nobu London in 2001 as a Chef de Partie and went on to spend 6 years at the Michelin-starred Park Lane address where he was promoted to Head Chef.
