We stayed at "Planet Hollywood" where every room has a different hollywood theme. Ours happened to be "Beetle Juice"- -great movie, but the kids were a little freaked out at all the gorry masks and costumes that were displayed (with lights) throughout the hotel room! Kensley wanted to have a Minnie Mouse Birthday party this year- -she's been talking about it for weeks! She loved having the whole family over, and we all enjoyed this unseasonably warm fall day! Still cannot believe that my "baby" is growing up! It seems like just yesterday I was bringing her home from the hospital! Great Grandpa/Margaret came for the celebration! Parker with mouse ears.

One of Scott's patients does marketing for the Real soccer team and was able to give us great seats to the Real game with David Cook concert. We had such a great time just the two of us! It was a great game to watch but the best part was that another of Scott's patients, Javier Morales, scored the winning goal! How great to have a professional soccer team and brand new stadium just a few miles from where we live! Scott and Jen Vincent.

Kens getting her groove on since she is so proud she is finally a "BIG girl" to sleep in a 'big girl bed'! So we made the transition from crib to toddler bed. She has done soooo good! Will not come out of her room at all! And, that can't be comfortable can it? Scott and Jen Vincent. It's hard to believe that my 1st "baby" is now 7! Where did the time go? Mom and dad were worn out by the time the party was over!

Thursday, July 15, 2010. Sue and I took off a few weeks ago for Moab. Just her and I and the tent and sleeping bags. We had reservations to do the Westwater Canyon Rafting trip thru Canyon Voyages. Loved it, pics attached. After we were done though we both agreed, we want more.rapids, roughness, etc. etc. Maybe next time we'll do a 2 day trip somewhere, people keep telling us to go North to Idaho to try their water, looks like Google will be busy over the winter with me looking. Friday, June 29, 2012. Uncle Johny's "All White Badmitton B-day Bash". Can't believe we have a 1st grader now! Just a few of our summer activities of late. All you SLC peeps, you MUST hit the Venture Outdoor Festival next year at Canyon Rim Park - free kid's activities - bouncey slides, zip line, water fight with firefighters, pony rides, mini golf, concerts and we even met Spider Man and Chewbaca (total hit)! It was so fun we stayed 4 hours and really wore the kiddos out. Look how tall Chewy was?
