Saturday, July 19, 2008. A Day on the River with the Central Alabama Grotto. Today, I spent a funfilled and slightly painful day on the Little Cahaba River with the great folks of the Central Alabama Grotto. We floated along the stills and rapids for about four hours and had a great time. I took a few spills and paid the price with a little blood, but those are the times I'll never forget.
