First, keep in mind that when having my evening cocktail I don’t usually feel like pulling out my DSLR to take photos. Please appreciate that when you see the crappy iPhone photos :). You take a classic recipe and bastardize it to incorporate the only true American Spirit. So here’s our take on Bananas Foster which normally uses Rum. Its really simple and only takes a few minutes to prepare. 2 whole bananas sliced on the bias (that’s a chef’s term for diagonally). 1 stick of butter. 1 cup of brown sugar.
