Monday, July 06, 2009. Week Minus 04 and Counting Down. Yesterday I was scheduled to run 13 miles but ended up running 16.3. I initially thought it was 17 but found a more accurate total when I drove the course later. I’m a little sore today but not too back, pretty pleased really.
