Nate, Allison and Jett. Sunday, April 26, 2009. Saturday, April 18, 2009. The Past Two Months. Here are some fun events from the past two months, in no logical order. 1) We had Emilee's 20th birthday dinner at our place. As per request, meatloaf was served for dinner and I made her an "E" birthday cake. 2) I went to about five different cooking classes these last couple of months. (I think that shows how bad I miss being in class everyday.). Estrogonofe de Frango, served with Pao de Queijo and Guarana.

Nate, Allison and Jett. Monday, January 23, 2012. Picking out a tree. Jett helping his Dad set up the tree. Getting the Christmas stuff out. It was freezing, but he loved the lights! Holidays take on a whole new meaning with little ones around. Its so fun to watch them experience everything. Jett is adorable! January 25, 2012. You guys should start a beanie collection for Jett. Nate, Allison and Jett. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. What can I say, the kid likes to eat! Jett loved eating solid food (rice cereal) for the VERY FIRST TIME last Sunday. Our point-and-shoot camera isn't the best video camera in the world, so we had to take three separate videos, but enjoy! What the videos don't show is the fit he threw when we took a break for a minute. Apparently he couldn't get that food fast enough! Nate had a birthday a couple of weeks ago. When did we get so old? Nate, Allison and Jett. Thursday, November 17, 2011. Jett on a much happier day. 10 months old. All of this has made me realize how grateful I am that he is normally very healthy and active, and just a good baby in general. It was quite the battle getting him here and recovery was long, but we've been blessed with good health this year and I'm grateful. Nate, Allison and Jett. Saturday, October 27, 2012. Jett as a Pup-Pup/Gardner Village. Once he discovered he had a tail, he wouldn't let go. Gardner village is always decorated so cute during Halloween- we always love the witches. They also have a petting zoo that we have been to a couple times this year. Jett always runs around like he owns the place. He's never hesitant to go up to all of the animals and pet/sit on them. Today he was particularly obsessed with the bunnies. We love that little pup-pup!

Nate, Allison and Jett. Sunday, February 28, 2010. Watching the Olympics is a favorite in our house (although I prefer the summer Olympics). I'm sad that it will soon be over. While we were watching the men's snowboarding event, I thought about the first time I ever saw Shaun White back in 2003. It was actually in person and occured the same day I ever saw my other favorite snowboarder compete HERE. I really need to get that boy snowboarding again, but, why does it have to be SUCH an expensive hobby?

Nate, Allison and Jett. Thursday, June 2, 2011. I can't believe Jett is 5 months old already. I love him so much at this age, and I don't want him to ever grow up! He is such a happy boy and is always laughing at little things I do- it's the best. In celebration of turning 5 months, I pulled out the camera and tried to take some pictures of him in his room. Gotta love the drool! Sitting like a big boy in his chair- it's so comfy! Some of my favorite things about Jett at 5 months:. His dimples, of course!

Nate, Allison and Jett. Sunday, October 30, 2011. We dressed Jett up in his chicken costume and headed down to Cornbelly's on Saturday to meet up with the McConkies. Halloween is so fun when you have a little guy to dress up! Us in the corn maze. Our little rooster was loving getting pushed through the corn maze and trying to grab things along the way.
