David & Sarah online: July 2007
http://davidmumford.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
David and Sarah online. Irregular updates of what's going on. Monday 9 July 2007. Now it's 11, Tiger! At last we got to see a serious 5 set final at Wimbledon - a bit more dramatic than the straight sets victory Federer achieved over Roddick two years ago. Great match, and amazing for Federer to equal Bjorn Borg's record of 5 Wimbledon's in a row under his nose! But I was hoping Nadal would win. I was amused to see the following ad. Played on BBC Wimbledon coverage yesterday. Posted by David and Sarah.

A view from under the pew. Monday, 18 February 2008. I haven't quite sorted out how to embed YouTube in the blog. Enjoy! Saturday, 16 February 2008. Picking up from a previous post, our local freebie paper recently carried a comment column by David Self this week about funerals. Quoting from it:. And David finishes with 'And if we revived the custom of having the coffin in the front room until the funeral and making the children visit it, they would grow up understanding the reality of death.'.

It would seem to be a neutral genetic mutation or sport, neither an advantage or disadvantage to the individual. Does anyone out there know anything about black grey squirrels please? Wednesday, February 28, 2007. This post follows on from Rich's post yesterday. They did indeed take our neighbour away yesterday morning and they put her in a mental health unit for ONE night. After which they sent her back to her flat. She returned some time this afternoon. The other strange thing that has happened this week is that somebody stole my bicycle saddle! I went to cycle to work on Monday and it was gone. What a strange week - roll on the weekend when we are away! Posted by Mel @ 10:28 pm.

David and Sarah online. Irregular updates of what's going on. Saturday 18 August 2007. Camping in the West of Ireland. And he said that notice was just to "keep the rowdies out". He clearly decided that we didn't fit into that category, and agreed to let us set up our tents at the edge of the campsite, overlooking Dog's Bay. What a fantastic location! We got the tents up before the rain started, and spent the evening hiding inside, chatting and drinking wine! A few shots of the campsite and Dog's Bay.
