After finding a heck of a deal on eBay (as an aside, I'm kind of annoyed that the white one was the cheapest, because I like my color scheme to be black, black, and more black, but that's the way things go). Anyhow, it's good to be mobile and doing some training again. Seeyinz later. Apparently the resting heart rate shoots up to 95 after a cup of coffee. Good to know. Did you use it yet?

Until 2008 I'd never run a full mile in my life. That year, I made a New Year's Resolution to run a 5K. A few of my girlfriends joined me and we posted our training (we used the Couch to 5K. Plan) on a shared blog. I completed that goal a few months later, with a time of exactly 34 minutes. Since then, I've run and raced many distances, including 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, marathons and adventure races. I love running, and I don't think I'll ever stop. 5 Mile Race: 43:59.
