http://heatherpulvirenti.blogspot.com/2015/08/august-sfytt-so-happy-for-you-giveaway.html
Witty on the Web. August SFYTT - So Happy For You and a Giveaway! I created this card using this month's. Sketch For You To Try. SFYTT) from Reverse Confetti. As well as a couple different stamp sets and dies. To create my card, I started by stamping one of the images from Party Hats. Next, I used the rectangle die from the Posted Note Confetti Cuts. On a piece of white CS, then embossed it with the Woodgrain Confetti Cuts. I then stamped one of the sentiments from Posted Note Sentiments. So easy, right?

Witty Title Here: Happy Birthday
http://heatherpulvirenti.blogspot.com/2015/07/happy-birthday.html
Witty on the Web. We've been having some crazy weather here today. One minute the sun is shining and the sky is blue, and the next it's raining so hard you can barely see. At least these little mini pop up storms only last a few minutes at a time! For my card today, I used a couple of different stamp sets from Waltzingmouse Stamps. And paired them up with an unusual color combo. Call me crazy, but I think it works! To create my card, I started by stamping a piece of white CS with the stamp from Best Day.

Simplicity: August 2015

Doing Simple Things Well. Monday, August 31, 2015. One of the most fundamental of card-making tools is the bone folder. This handy tool allows you to fold even 120# card stock without it looking like a kindergartner folded a piece of construction paper against the grain and awkwardly pressed the crease. My apologies if I offended any kindergartners. Then, it looks just fine. If the paper is thick, even folding with the grain looks better when you've scored. So you need a bone folder. And a butter knife.
