Thursday, May 29, 2008. You'll notice that I posted some new inspiration along the side of my blog. I thought they were cute and wanted to lighten the mood of this blog. I'm always better at the "not so serious" side of things. I think I was just getting too serious about this weight loss - the adjustment over the weekend was a good move for me. Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Let's Talk Protein Shakes. So, this is my 26th day of protein shakes. I didn't know I could be so creative, but with a little almond milk, baking extracts and 3 different flavors of powder - the possibilities are endless! My new favorite is banana - made with vanilla protein powder and banana extract. One of my daily mixes involves chocolate protein powder, chocolate almond milk, coconut and almond extract. I'm now 7 days from surgery - one week! Posted by Melisa Jo.

Monday, August 18, 2008. Renee and I spent the day picking huckleberries. I went last year with Renee and Ronda and I told them "been there, done that". This year was much more enjoyable. The berries are plentiful, the spot we picked was flat and we didn't have too much trouble finding shade to keep us cool. It was a very enjoyable day. I decided to try a Mac.and I am convinced (after 24 hrs) that I made the right decision. I LOVE her! I am excited to have a laptop that the battery won't fall out of and lose all my work. I am excited to have a laptop that CB won't decide all of a sudden that it is the one that needs to be at the practice to support some function or another.

Naquele post foi dito que o conteúdo ficaria disponível por um tempo e que depois ficaria decidido o que seria feito. Nesse meio tempo algo que não sabemos aconteceu e o servidor deu problema e não conseguimos fazer o export para um outro blog. Scrapblog fora do ar! Só veio o conteúdo até abril de 2009! Lembram desses círculos que vieram no kiss para montarmos guirlandas? Então, ontem fiz uma guirlanda com o círculo pequeno. Foi rapidinho e muito fácil de fazer. Já apliquei spray dourado no círculo grande para montar a outra guirlanda.amanhã faço isso e mostro pra vocês! Ah, lembrei da de fiz no ano passado. Montei sobre um círculo de cardstock, mas confesso que não ficou tão bacana. O círculo de papelão forma uma estrutura bem mais firme. Bem melhor pra trabalhar sobre ela. Postado por Kátia Heringer.
